1. Single-purpose extensions

AutoFill Manager helps authorized users autofill supported special education tracker fields. AutoFill T.A. helps authorized users transfer reviewed PLP report text from AutoFill into IEP form fields. Each extension is designed for its stated education workflow and access control.

2. Information we collect

Account and access data, including email, session status, and subscription, trial, or product access state.
Extension operation data, such as local settings, selected defaults, and the last active tab URL needed to connect a user-initiated paste action.
PLP draft/report text and user-entered PLP notes when a user creates, saves, rewrites, searches, or loads AutoFill report content.
Limited product and website usage signals, such as page views or feature action names, used to maintain and improve AutoFill. These signals are not used to collect student report text for advertising.
Support interactions needed to provide setup, troubleshooting, and account support.

3. Information we do not sell or use for advertising

We do not sell user data.
We do not use PLP, IEP, report, student, extension, or browsing data for targeted advertising.
AutoFill T.A. does not save or send IEP page content back to AutoFill when it pastes into an IEP field.
AutoFill T.A. does not collect unrelated browsing history. Paste access is temporary and user-invoked from the active IEP tab.

4. How information is used

To verify whether a user is signed in and allowed to use AutoFill Manager or AutoFill T.A.
To load, search, create, rewrite, and transfer reviewed PLP report content at the user's direction.
To place selected AutoFill text into an IEP site field after the user opens AutoFill T.A. from that IEP tab.
To support setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, and account-based product access.

Chrome Web Store purpose

AutoFill Manager supports tracker autofill workflows. AutoFill T.A. supports PLP transfer workflows by letting users copy, rewrite, generate, and paste reviewed teacher report text into IEP forms.

AutoFill T.A. paste access

AutoFill T.A. uses Chrome active-tab access when a user opens T.A. from an IEP page. The temporary access is used to place selected AutoFill report text into the IEP field. Paste safety details are available inside the extension.

AI-assisted report text

When users choose Quick PLP or Rewrite PLP, the submitted text may be processed by service providers required to generate or revise the requested report language. Users are responsible for reviewing all generated or rewritten content before use.

Data sharing

We do not share user data with advertisers. Data may be processed by service providers required to operate Autofill.click, provide account access, process subscription status, and deliver requested report generation or rewrite features.
